Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    So I used a different (food blog) variation of what looks to be the same recipe, though that one specified kimchi puree. And then had no step to puree the kimchi. Ended up not doing a puree, but I kind of wish I had. The flavors work so well here that it's still a 4.5, but the quality of the recipe instructions is more at 2.5.
