Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Last time I made this I was really enthousiastic about it, but this time I couldn't see it. The amount of fenugreek seemed excessive and the end result was too bitter. Should I use less fenugreek? Rinse it better? I'll do both next time.

    This was a very nice tomato salad, different but not too weird. Apart from the fenugreek the ingredients are not too strange. Leftovers are good too. You do have to soak the fenugreek for a few hours so not a last-minute thing. Did not have turmeric, didn't miss it.
