    Somehow I neglected to review this one when I cooked it two months ago. That's unfortunate--because now I don't remember the specifics of preparation. It was definitely my first time making pasta carbonara, and I think it may have been my first time ever eating pasta carbonara. Unfortunately, then, I don't have too much to compare it to. But I think I'm just not really a fan of the dish itself--I prefer pasta dishes with wetter sauces.
