Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The mackerel in this dish is extremely overpowering. And this coming from someone who loves mackerel. We doubled the spinach and added some mushrooms but they were completely lost against the mackerel. If I was to make it again I think I would at least half the amount of mackerel and would add more spinach.

    Good and simple. I like it best when there is plenty of spinach, about twice as much as the mackerel in the finished dish, else the mackerel gets a bit overpowering. I think I will add some mustard next time.
