    Nourishing using cauliflower and lentils without all the cream and cheese found in better tasting cauliflower soups. Used vegetable stock in place of chicken along with tsp of miso since miso and cheese goes well and wanted to make it vegetarian. This recipe only called for 3 oz cheese for 4 servings. The taste seemed a little muddled to me and maybe I am not a fan of lentil based soups. Should have added a little splash of vinegar at the end.
