Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I've tried different hot cross bun recipes over the years but this is my favourite. Very light, I like the flavour of wholemeal flour and the sourdough. My family doesn't like too many dried fruits in it, so I reduce the amount of dried fruit a bit (eyeballing it). And I make it with a flour/water cross instead of icing.
