    Of all the chiffon cake recipes I’ve tried, this is the eggiest, but the eggy flavor was less apparent after it cooled overnight. It mixes up into a thin batter that leaked out of my tube pan and produced a sweet, wet crumb without any pronounced chocolate flavor.
