    I've made this soup many times since it was published in the Post 6 years ago. When I first made it I wasn't optimistic that it would be much of anything. Well, I was wrong. It was just delicious and really spicy. It's so easy to make and really healthy and low in calories. I always use 2 heads of cauliflower.
