    YUM. Came across this while looking for a chicken & spinach salad idea, realized I had all of the ingredients on hand, and gave it a try. So glad I did. For a fairly simple recipe this was addictively tasty. Nice mixture of warm and cool ingredients, spice and richness...will absolutely make again. Would probably make for a great dish for a luncheon gathering as it's got many familiar elements with just a little different kick.
