Salted chocolate double rye cookies from Eat the Love by Irvin Lin

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Whether I baked them 10 or 12 minutes, they retained a brownie-like dense center. I was shy on Rye flour, and subbed in AP to make up the difference. Maybe that affected the density? Regardless, they are delish. We had fun trying different salts on top. ~We experimented with Maldon, Smoked Maldon, a malted sea salt we brought back from Scotland, and even a spicy Sal de Gusano.
