Can substitute Parmigiano-Reggiano for aged Gouda.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Made this today with out of season tomatoes and sour dough flavored English muffin. I swapped dried herbs de provence for most of the Rosemary and omitted the salt. I love this recipe and have made it many times during tomato season, It came out pretty good with so so tomatoes.
