Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A good, hearty dish with an Interesting mix of ingredients. I borrowed the cookbook from the library to try out some of the recipes. Not that many appealed to me a whole lot, but this one looked interesting. I’m not sure I’d buy the book based on this recipe. It was a solidly good supper meal, but not one I liked enough to repeat on a regular basis.
