    The salmon verrines are delicious, but because I couldn't find sashimi grade salmon, I used normal salmon previously cooked with a bit of oil. The avocado mix, with cucumber, spring onions and wasabi is delicious and when mixed with the creme fraiche, is an absolutely moreish dish.
