Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Tamar also advises how to toast a week's worth of nuts (for salads) in this section. For the first time I've been brave enough to do them in the oven. Usually I just toast a few at a time in a small pan on the stove. Very grateful for these hints.

Such great advice over several pages for roasting vegetables for use during the week. There is specific advice for each vegetable. In previous pages there is a suggested week's menu from the roasted veg, and in subsequent pages, recipes for the salad, soups, pestos etc..
