One of the delicious meals I made from these greens was a generous amount of orzo pasta, topped with the greens, some chickpeas, and a drizzle of olive oil. Delish.

Included in the how to roast a pan of veg for the week" pages, is also how to cook a couple of bunches of greens. Basic information, but a great help in how to do it effectively and efficiently. Delicious! Yum. (I keep the stalks and cook them too, separately.)
