Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A very tasty (sour) curry. Other half thought it was too citrusy, and maybe didn't need lime juice as well as tamarind, but for my palate the balance was just right. As written, it makes an awful lot of sauce.. and the balance of veg to sauce seems out - the sauce easily does 4-6; but the veg quotient would be a bit light on, even if serving it as a sole dish (albeit with rice & naan). Tonight will be leftover sauce with some cooked potato & peas!
