Stir-fried swordfish with broccoli from Fish: The Complete Guide to Buying and Cooking: More Than 500 Recipes for 70 Kinds of Fish & Seafood (page 318) by Mark Bittman

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is very easy and quick to make. I used red snapper for the fish and didn't have snow or snap peas, but was still delicious. The recipe provides alternatives for the swordfish: chunks of blackfish, grouper, lobster, mahi-mahi, mako, shark, monkfish, or salmon; shrimp. I just used whatever I had on hand.

Don't really think to cook swordfish with this flavor profile, but it was very good. Used Brussel sprouts instead of broccoli plus spinach.
