    This is a great combination of sweet and tangy and may become my go-to recipe for slaw. I used the kitchen towel drying method and substituted everything bagel for poppy seeds. Came out really crisp and stayed crisp longer than I would have expected (almost 2 days). This recipe makes a huge batch.
