    Comes together quite nicely. I cut the cabbage too finely - bigger chunks or squares would be better.

    This was an outstanding accompaniment prepared to Kenji’s specifications. While I don’t have a blow torch, I did get some wok hei by waiting to add back the vegetables and letting the noodles sit in a hot wok for a bit before stirring.
