    I made this several years ago, but apparently made no note at the time. It's a beautiful tart for late summer. While a bit time consuming, the filling and tart dough can be made in advance, handily spreading out the work. Goat cheese or feta would be a good alternative to the fontina called for, and capers would also be a welcome addition. Unsurprisingly, it's not a favorite of the kids, but I find it delicious.
