Semolina bread with spiced vegetables (Ondwa) from Made in India, Cooked in Britain: Recipes from an Indian Family Kitchen (page 35) by Meera Sodha

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This will cook very thin in the tin size required in the recipe. If you want something more than 1cm thick choose a smaller pan and adjust cook time to suit. I only used 60ml water and this was enough.

The consistency of this batter is unlike others that I'm used to. I was concerned that I had messed up the recipe and it wouldn't come together. I kept on going though and in the end it all worked. This is a great snack because it has the mouth feel of a treat--carby and luscious--but it is actually mostly vegetable.
