    Can substitute red chillies for Turkish chilli flakes.

    Did it in the pizza oven, didn't take long to cook. Around 350 C was a good temp. 400+ was too hot as the bread started to burn quickly. Would try another recipe next time as not convinced by the dough. The topping tasted nice though

    Good crust recipe, and very straightforward, but I am sure the lahmacun I have had in the past has had much more complex flavouring.
