Miso mustard pork chops with sesame green beans from BBC Good Food Magazine, September 2014 (page 78) by Jennifer Joyce

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious sauce for pork chops. We like the grilling of pork chops on our grill pan and were looking for a sauce to serve with simply grilled chops that did not rely on pan juices. This was really great. Used red miso, doubled the sauce to serve to 4 people added under a teaspoon of Shehiro double brewed soy sauce and about a tablespoon of Shio Koji also only added ½ of the sugar. Next time will use Japanese sugar from Okinawa instead of caster sugar for more depth and less sweetness. The sesame oil salt and pepper on the pork before grilling was perfect and we passed the sauce on the side. Worth going out of your way to get yuzu which we keep stocked in the house.
