Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was tasty - the pumpkin I used was really sweet. That said, the recipe seems a little "off" in its calibration. Don't really think the proportions are correct on this one .. way too little ricotta topping for the dish size recommended, and I'm really not sure that the lasagna sheets were worth the addition. Cooked it at 180.
