Mediterranean combination salad (Salade Niçoise) from Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Volume One (page 542) by Julia Child and Louisette Bertholle and Simone Beck

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

A few more steps than an average salad nicoise recipe as you first make a French potato salad, instead of using plain boiled potatoes. You are rewarded for your extra effort though - the resulting salad is deliciousness in every bite. When making the French potato salad in the prerequisite step, I also added the green beans so they could benefit from soaking up those flavors as well. Used haircots vert, so needed only a short two minute blanch before tossing with the potatoes.
