Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Aunty Harsha's naan

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was great! I had some garden tomatoes I had to use up ASAP - this was great! I added a can of chickpeas and served over brown rice

This was a fun new way to use really ripe tomatoes. As a dish, it can stand on its own, but is also good mixed with other less acidic dishes, such as the chana dal recipe from this book. The spices do a good job of enhancing the tomatoes without overwhelming them.
