Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Wanted to use up some small, less-than-stellar peaches so I made a half portion of the crumble. I totally forgot to toss the peaches with the melted butter and sugars before topping with the crumble, but it worked out fine. Quite delicious. Had these with whipped cream but ice cream would be even better. (EYB lists apples here instead of peaches. An error? Imagine the recipe would work for apples, too.)
