    Make this recipe to pair with the tamarind chickpea curry. Eaten together, these sweet greens balance out the tartness of the chickpeas, but on their own I found the brown sugar to be the dominant flavor (even though I used less than called for in the recipe). Add basmati rice, and you have a wonderful vegetarian meal that's actually quite easy to prepare.
