Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    It's a good recipe, very mild. Not a wow dish but a new easy rotation and tasty.

    This was fine but I didn’t love it like I love other recipes from this book. I subbed chard for spinach but otherwise followed the recipe.

    This is easy and delicious! I make this a lot. Have used lamb leg steaks.

    Delicious, and easy to prepare. Definitely worth preparing the day before as the author suggests.
