Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was fantastic, much better than the other lamb curry by her that I've tried (the one with spinach). Flavours complimented the lamb perfectly, and lamb was well cooked in the time (I did brown it before adding it to the pan). Very yummy and will be a go to recipe. Served with naan, the spring cabbage recipe from the same book, and the okra recipe. 5 stars!
