Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Truly the perfect way to cook basmati rice! I’m always nervous cooking rice without a rice cooker, but the rice was fluffy, tender, and delicious! The bottom of the pan was not scorched nor was it soggy. Used ghee while fluffing the rice and loved it. Excited to try some variations using this rice!

As others have noted, these instructions work well in producing an excellent pot of rice. I used half the recommended oil.
