Can substitute Thai white rice flour for white rice flour, and preserves for jam.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Very nice. Kept well for days. Used raspberry jam, slightly more than called for. Could add a bit of spice to the crust to give it even more "Linzer" vibes. Would repeat for a simple sweet to keep around.
