    This whipped cream held its shape over 12 hours later! Next time, I will try to decrease sugar because I, too, found this whipped cream a bit sweet. I made it for the tres leches cake in this book which is divine.

    Very quick and easy to make. I served it 6 hours later and it was fine (recipe says up to 4 hours). Even the next day, I just quickly rewhipped it a bit and it was fine. It's a bit sweeter than I usually prefer.
