Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute the book's "Home-made yoghurt (Ghar nu dahi)" for Greek yoghurt.

    I used Ataulfo mangoes, which were not as ripe as I hoped (despite waiting 6 days after purchasing) and Greek yogurt. I thought it needed at least 1 tsp sugar for sweetness. It was also very thick (and required a spoon to eat), so I would substitute 1/2 cup milk for half of the yogurt.
