    Quickly, healthy and tasty dish. I only had one lemon and it definitely would have been even better with the two. Added the optional feta and it works really well. Didn’t have any spinach so added racetracks peas, broccoli and leeks. Yum.

    Made with optional feta cheese. A quick and weeknight dinner friendly recipe which tastes delicious. Will make again!
