Can substitute purslane, arugula, or a mixture for parsley, and paximadia for friselle. Can use the recipe for "Friselle" on P217 or "Paximadia" on P214 for store-bought. See recipe notes for non-vegetarian variations.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is wonderful! (But Ottolenghi's recipe for same is just that little bit better.)
