    Kind of underwhelming; it’s quite hard to get the romanesco to a lighter texture and together it just kind of forms a mush. Maybe spread on the plate underneath

    Worth making for the romanesco alone. Lovely combination of flavours. Added sautéed shitake mushrooms. Will make again.
