    Can substitute sunflower oil or olive oil for rapeseed oil, and sirloin steak for rump steak.

    This is a very quick dish to have for a light midweek meal. We really liked the salad and the dressing was quite good. Unfortunately our steak was not the best we've ever had, a bit too chewy, even though it was not overcooked. We added some chickpeas to make it a more substantial meal. All in all, a very enjoyable dinner.
