Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These were great! Admittedly I used quite fatty lamb mince (in fact I minced it myself from a piece of lamb shoulder) and full fat greek yoghurt, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. The mint came through really nicely and overall the combination of flavours was perfect. They didn't really brown much or crisp up in the oven (I think they'd need to be started in a frying pan to achieve that) but taste/texture-wise it really wasn't a problem, just visually.
