    The rub and cooking times are perfect. I didn’t make the mustard sauce, just ran out of time, but the cumin-forward rub — minus the fennel — is fantastic with the lamb. This is my first time cooking lamb ribs this way, and they are really fatty. I might use this rub with another cut of lamb such as rack of lamb or even a leg of lamb.
