    We're going to have Xmas in July with some of our neighbours and I am trying out some of the recipes that are traditional in Catalonia. I'm doing the entree and cannelloni are very popular. These are done with three different types of meat and love the addition of some tomato passata on the bechamel sauce. It is really comfort food for both me and hubby and used to be one of the dishes that we chose when visiting my mum back at home. Yesterday it was the first time I made this recipe and it was as delicious as I can remember from the one my mum used to make.
