    Delicious! A substantial salad perfect for dinner on a summer night. We added some roasted sweet potato to bulk it up (and because my beloved asked for some carbs), which was a good addition. The second time I made it I subbed fetta for the ricotta, also worked well. This is officially in high rotation in our household and I'll probably keep tinkering with it, its a great base.
