    Outstanding luxurious flavor. I cooked the broth with shells on very low simmer for about 1.3 hour covered instead of 15 minutes to extract more of the lobster taste. In addition to onion, celery, tomatoes and parsley, I also added small amount of carrot. I will certainly be making this again.
