    This was a delicious soup. The technique worked perfectly. I did not have home made chicken soup at home which I usually do but I had the ramps and it worked perfectly. Instead of adding the ramps at the end I poached the slightly in the chicken soup while it was heating to give the soup more flavor. I removed them after a brief blanch in the chicken soup and added them at the end as the recipe called for. Very easy to do and it was so good and will be irresistible when I have my own home made chicken soup on hand. Highly recommended.
