    Recipe with three parts that all come together at the end. Timing is everything to ensure everything is at its best. Loved the fresh summer salsa; would make that again on its own. The avocado cream was a bit mild. Be careful not to over cook the tuna, it dries out quickly especially when tossed in lime juice before cooking. A refreshing dish. I would make again.
