    One of my favourite gremolada recipes. This time I doubled the recipe and added a half cup of basil (needed to use it). A Very good idea! I am stirring this into soup, spreading onto flatbread and serving with various meats. Highly recommend this variation!

    Very nice gremolada recipe here. For me this one was unique in that it called for ground coriander - it works well as the taste are perfectly balanced. I added a bit more olive oil and also added about two tbsp of toasted pine nuts. I served this with braised osso buco.
