    Can substitute milk for unsweetened almond milk, and chia seeds for eggs.

    These didn’t turn out well for us. I subbed regular milk for the almond milk. The pancakes lacked flavour and were rather claggy. I was hoping that the olives and hazelnuts would bring some additional interest but they just rolled off the pancakes. Won’t bother with this again.
