    So tasty & easy without soaking. No chorizo; used beef stock & water. Went 35 minutes w/natural release, perfect for using in chili where they'll get a tiny bit more cooking. Drained & froze half, and liquid, separately. Will use what didn't go into chile in enchiladas.
