    I had three ingredients I needed to use up .. EYB found 789 recipes on my bookshelf alone ...(prosciutto/asparagus/mushrooms) .. and the top of the list was this one.. so tasty, with homemade rag pasta in place of pappardelle.. 3 ingredients I'd never have thought to combine... thanks EYB!
