    It isn’t authentic, and it isn’t fussy, but my kids slurped this down as fast as possible. I didn’t add the second two Tbsp of butter, and felt like I could have cooked the whole pound of spaghetti for the amount of sauce I had, but these are minor complaints.

    We make this a lot. I add lemon zest as well. This recipe to me actually taste even better the next day so I use it as a mega head or for lunches. One of my favorite recipes in this book.

    Good and very easy to make! Could easily add more veggies to add to the dish (it's summer here and our garden is growing crazy). Will make again!
